1.

Start with a brown pen, and add a small oval in the left of your page.
2.

Bring two lines down from the bottom, and curve these across to meet at the end, forming the outline of the banana.
3.

Add a curved line down the center of the banana…
4.

And add another oval to the right of the first.
5.

Bring two curved lines up from this.
6.

Take these out at the top…
7.

And then bring a wavy line across on either side. Add a line up the center of the banana.
8.

Add another wavy line to the top of the ones you just drew, and join these at the end to create banana peel.
9.

Add two more sections of peel below.
10.

Add the top of the banana to the top of this peel.
11.

Add a small brown oval between these two shapes…
12.

And bring down a short line on either side of this. Take the lines down and across to the sides.
13.

Bring the line on the left across and up…
14.

And then repeat this on the right.
15.

Add two more strands to the sides…
16.

And then use an orange pen to shade the right side of this, the right side of the top left banana, and the enter and bottom sections of the top right banana.
17.

Use a yellow pen for the rest of the skin on each fruit…
18.

And then use a brighter yellow pen for the top of the exposed banana.
And voila – a delicious fruit, ready for you to enjoy; who is up for banana cake?
