Barcode scanners have become a crucial element of everyday life, and are present in everything from library books to groceries, concert wristbands to accepting packages – and now we are going to bring them to life on our very own page!
Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
Start with a black pen, and draw a rectangle shape in the center of your page, angling this slightly. Fill this in with the black pen.
Add another backward “L” shape to the back of this with a gray pen.
Add a “C” shape around this on the right side with the same gray pen…
Now, add a larger gray shape behind this, and bring a curved tail across to the left.
Use a darker gray pen to add a curved shape to the top of this…
Grab a light gray pen, and bring a curved line down, across to the right, and then up and across to the right. Take a line up to the bottom of the scanner.
Fill in this handle with the light gray pen…
And then use a dark gray pen to fill in the space to the right.
Grab a black pen, and add a curved outline to the section at the top of the handle.
Add another curve to the right of this with a light orange pen…
Follow this with an orange sliver…
And then use a dark gray pen to draw a large “u” shape at the bottom of the handle.
Use a black pen to add a mark to the bottom of this…
And then shade the rest of this section with a dark gray pen.
And there we have it – the perfect scanner to take care of any barcode that you encounter!
