1.

Begin by using a black pen to draw a curved line in the left of your page, and add two pointed triangles to the top for ears.
2.

On the left-hand side, add three long, thin “fingers” pointing out to the right.
3.

Repeat this on the left-hand side…
4.

And then join both sides with a curve at the bottom.
5.

Now, add two almond shapes to the center of the face for eyes…
6.

And then add two curved lines inside each of these.
7.

Create pupils with two vertical marks in each eye.
8.

Then, draw a small semicircle beneath this to create a nose…

And then bring a curved line across to the right and down towards the bottom of the page.
10.

Now, bring a curved line down from the front, and add a long, thin “loop” for a front leg.

Add a second leg to the right of this…

And a curved horizontal line to the right of this.
13.

Then, add a curved line pointing towards the bottom right-hand corner of the page.

Add another “loop” for the leg at the back…
15.

And follow this up with another leg at the back.

Bring two curved lines up towards the top of the page from the back of the cat, and connect these at the top with a curve to create a tail.
17.

Grab a green pen, and use this to fill in the eyes for those distinctive green cat eyes.

Add another layer of black to the pupils in the middle.
19.

Now, fill in the nose with a pink pen…
20.

And go back over the body of the cat with a black pen.
