Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
Grab a pencil and a drawing compass, and add a large circle to the center of your page.
Add a curved stalk to the top of the shape…
And then add a pointed shape around this for the stalk.
Add two oval shapes to the center of this for the eyes.
Now, add two small rings inside this.
Add curved brows to the top of the eyes…
And a curved smile below this.
Take a curved line down from the right, and then join this to the line above to create the mouth.
Add a curved line to the bottom of the mouth, and add a small mark from the top…
And then add a curved mark to the sides of the mouth.
Add oval shapes to the left of the stalk…
And then use a black pen to go over the lines.
Use an eraser to remove any outstanding pencil marks…
This is the end result after erasing the pencil marks.
Use a green pen for the stalk on top of the tomato…
Use a red pen to shade the main body of the tomato.
Use a pink pen for the tongue.
Now, use a black pen to shade the top of the mouth, the eyes, and the brows.
And there we have it – a friendly-looking cartoon tomato, on his way to adventure; but where will he end up?
