We have all heard about the cat who got the cream – but what about the cat who enjoyed the fish? Well, let’s take a closer look in just a few short steps!

1.
Start by using the black pen to draw the nose and mouth of your cat, leaving a small white dot in the center of the nose.

Now, add a fish to the bottom of the mouth…

And add a series of bumps across the body of the fish. Add a curved line in front of this, with a dot for an eye, and a curved line below.

Add two circles, one on either side of the nose, and then two curves above these.
5.
Add three “points” to the right above the fish, and curve the line up, add a “tuft” at the top, and then curve it to the right.

Add a triangular ear to the right and then bring the line down, add two more “tufts”, and bring this to the left to close.
7.
Add a small triangle inside the ear, and then add another ear on the left.

Add a curved line below the left ear…

And bring a line across from the right, taking this down, across, and up with two “bumps”.
10.
Add another curved line, and then a loop for the front leg. Connect this to the bottom of the face on the left.

Add another leg to the front, just above the first…
12.
And then bring a curved tail across to the right, with a curve at the top for the tip.
13.
Use a pink pen for the inside of the ears and the spots of color on the cheeks.
14.
Use a red pen to shade the fish…

And then a light orange pen for the tip of the tail and the patches.
Now, we don’t know about cream, but that looks like a pretty contented feline as far as we are concerned!
