Start by taking a black pen, and drawing a bumpy shape in the center of the page, almost like an “m” shape.
2.

Add a curved line on the left, descending from the left of the curve to the bottom of the page.
3.

Add another curved line to the other side…
4.

And then add two smaller bumps to the bottom, one on either side.
5.

Connect the two halves with a curved line at the bottom…
6.

And then add two smaller lines inside these ones.
7.

Connect the tops of the two new lines with a wavy line…
8.

And then add a curved line below this, slightly split at both ends.
9.

Add a wavy line to the top of this…
10.

And two small marks above this for nostrils.
11.

Then, add a semicircle to the bottom of this line to create a mouth.
12.

Draw a small triangle to the bottom of the curved line.
13.

Then add two “n” shapes above this beak section…
14.

And connect the bottoms with curved lines.
15.

Add smaller “n” shapes inside the larger ones for more detail to the eyes.
16.

Add two black circles in the center of the “n”, and then add two small crescent moon shapes to the left of each of the eyes.
17.

Next, add two short curved lines to each of the eyes for lashes.
18.

Grab a green pen, and fill in the rings of the eyes.
19.

Use a pink pen for the center of the eyes, and the small triangle under the mouth.
20.

Use a brown pen for the center of the mouth…
21.

And an orange pen for the rest of the beak.
22.

Then use a yellow pen for the rest of the face to complete the look.
And there we have it – a happy, smiling duck, ready to take on the world!
