Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Stary by taking a thin black pen, and drawing a triangle shape in the left half of your page.
2.

Add a large, curved line over the top of this, almost like a rooftop.
3.

Now, extend the line on the left and curve it across to the right – do you see the head, nose, and ear of your dog yet?
4.

Add a mall curved line at the tip of the nose, and then a larger curved line behind this.
5.

Draw a few small dots around the back of the nose…
6.

And then add an almond shape to the top of the head for an eye. Fill in the left half of this with the black pen.
7.

Now, connect the top right line to the bottom of the ear with a diagonal line.
8.

Bring a line across from the end of this, reaching out towards the right…
9.

And then curve it down and back in to the left.
10.

Take the line to a point, and then bring it across and in to create a tail.
11.

Now, add a curved line above this, heading up towards the top left-hand corner of the page, and then curling down the page.
12.

Now, return to the line behind the ear, and turn this into a collar by adding another line underneath, and joining these with a curve.
13.

From the left of the collar, bring a curved line down in a wavy line to meet the line at the back…
14.

Before adding a long, thin shape to the front.
15.

Add another “bump” to the end of this.
16.

And then bring a straight line across the bottom to meet the line at the back, creating a set of crossed paws for your pooch.
17.

Join the lines at the back to complete your outline…
18.

And then use the black pen to fill in the nose.
19.

Add a bright touch to the collar with a yellow pen.
20.

Now, grab a brown pen and fill in the back of the dog.
21.

Then, use a darker yellow or gold pen to complete the design.
And there we have it, a chilled, relaxed dog doing what he does best – enjoying a relaxing snooze by the fire. Sounds like bliss!
