Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Use a black pen to add a small triangle in the right side of your page.
2.

Fill this in with the black pen, and add a wavy line to the left of it. End this wavy line with a small circle.
3.

Now, use a pink pen to create an “arrow” around the circle, and bring a line across to the left from this.
4.

Bring a line down from the top of the arrow to meet the tail, and fill this in with the pink pen.
5.

Use a black pen to connect the sides of the arrow to the triangle – this will be your beak.
6.

Bring a wavy line across to the right.
7.

Now, add a curved line heading to the bottom left-hand corner.
8.

Bring a line up above the curved line, and fill in the shape with the pink pen.
9.

Bring a line across to the right, and shade the shape with a pink pen to create a wing.
10.

Add another wing to the top of the body…
11.

And shade this with the pink pen.
12.

Use a brown pen to add three marks to the bottom of the tail…
13.

Then, add two curved lines below this, making these thicker at the end.
14.

Use the black pen to add another layer to the bottom of the right wing, and add three pointed feathers to the end of this.
15.

Use the black pen to add more feathered outlines to the left side…
16.

And fill this in with the black pen.
Now there we have it – a flamingo soaring free across a cloudless sky. Freedom never looked so great!
