Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start by taking a pencil and a ruler, and drawing a horizontal line across your page.
2.

Add a short vertical line to the center of this…
3.

And then bring the ends of the horizontal line down to meet in a point at the bottom, creating a triangle.
4.

Add another, slightly smaller triangle inside the first, and use an eraser to remove the central line.
5.

Add another triangle in the center, this time with the point at the top.
6.

Next, bring a diagonal line up from the ends of the original horizontal line, and connect these at the top of the vertical line.
7.

Add a triangle to each corner of this new section, and then wide triangles beside each of these.
8.

From the corners of these new triangles, bring lines down towards the center to create two new triangles…
9.

And then add lines below this to create another set of triangles.
10.

Now, add diamond shapes in the top sections…
11.

And bring the lines down from the bottom corners, into the main area of the diamond.
12.

Add more triangles to the second section on each side.
13.

Now, use an orange pen, pink pen, blue pen, yellow pen, purple pen, and gray pen to shade the triangles.
14.

Use an eraser to remove any remaining pencil lines.
And voila – your very own stunning geometric diamond to enjoy!
