Creating a human face is a fascinating process, especially when you create it geometrically. Keen to get started? Then follow our short, simple steps!

Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start with a black pen, and draw a row of three triangles, all linked at the bottom, in the left of your page.
2.

Add two triangles to the bottom of the second one, making these slightly longer, and then add another, longer triangle to the bottom of these.
3.

Add a long, thin triangle below the top right one, and then add three large triangles to the right of this, making their way towards the bottom of the page. Add another triangle to the right on the top row, and then join the tops of these together. Follow this with another, slightly wider, triangle on the left of the top row.
4.

Switch to a pencil, and add two more triangles to the bottom of those on the top left, and a slanted square to the right of these. Then, add thin triangles to the bottom, and long, slanted triangles to the bottom left, heading towards the bottom left corner of the page.
5.

Connect these to the inked shapes on the right with a series of triangle shapes…
6.

And then continue to add these to the bottom.
7.

Use the black pen to go over two of the triangles in the center, the large one at the bottom, and those to the left side.
8.

Next, add another sharp, pointed shape to the left of the bottom triangle.
9.

Divide this into smaller triangles with the black pen…
10.

And then use the pencil to add a series of triangles to the right of this.
11.

Grab the black pen to shade a few key triangles in the face, and follow this with a gray pen on others.
12.

Fill in the remaining triangles with a combination of orange and yellow shades to complete your drawing.
And there we have it – a curious, geometric human face. What a fascinating study!
