1.
Start by grabbing a black pen, and drawing a diamond shape in the top of your page.

Follow this with two more diamond shapes below the first one, angled to follow the bottom of the top diamond.

Add another shape to the bottom on each side, making the tops slightly longer…

Now, add a small, angled square shape to the bottom of these…
5.
And add another diamond shape to the center, making the top slightly taller.
6.
Add a circle to the bottom, made up of short, dashed lines.

Now, use the black pen and ruler to draw diagonal lines across the body of the pineapple, using a series of pairs of short, parallel lines to form this.
8.
Join the lines to create a series of diamonds across the body, with small triangles at each of the four compass points.
9.
Use a green pen for the top sections…

And then use an orange pen for the main body of the pineapple!
