Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Begin by using an orange pen to draw two small triangles and a curved line in the center of your page, creating the ears and the top of the head for your cat.
2.

Now, add a curved line below this for the outline of the face.
3.

Bring a wavy line across to the right, and then loop this up and round, then down towards the bottom left-hand corner of the page.
4.

Add a bump to the bottom, and then bring an angled line up towards the top right-hand corner of the page. Then, bring the line straight up, drawing a leg.
5.

Add another set of parallel lines to the back, with a crook halfway down, and a paw at the bottom.
6.

Now, add two curved, parallel lines to the top of the back, and connect these with a curved line to create a tail.
7.

Draw two curved, horizontal lines to create the cat’s belly.
8.

Add a curved line descending from the bottom of the face, and then add another paw to the bottom of the body, angling down towards the bottom left-hand corner of the page. Connect this to the cat’s belly.
9.

Add a wavy line from the front leg to the bottom of the face to create a chest.
10.

Now, add another leg behind the front one.
11.

Now, add small marks to each of the toes for paws…
12.

And use the orange pen to fill in the bottom sections of the paws.
13.

Use a light orange pen for the tummy, the chest, the tip of the tail, and a wavy line across the face.
14.

Use the darker orange pen to add small triangles to the inside of the ears, and to add eyes, nose and mouth to the face of the cat. Then, use the same shade to add stripes to the face and across the back.
15.

Use a black fineliner pen to add two small dots inside the eyes.
16.

Then use a green pen for the eyes…
17.

And use the lighter orange pen for the main body of the cat.
18.

Next, use a pink pen for the ears…
19.

And use the orange pen to add a set of whiskers.
And there we have it – a bold ginger tom, ready for his next adventure!
