Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.
Start with a black pen, and draw the profile of the girl’s face with a wavy vertical line, two points, and a straight line, and then take the curved line across to the right.
2.
Bring the top of the line down, add a square, and then bring the line down and end in a “w”.
3.
Bring a curved line across and up, and then bring a line across from the top, curving this across to the right.
4.
Add two curved lines, joined in a point for a ponytail.
5.
Add a series of curved lines across the hair, and down the length of the ponytail.

Add two curved lines to the front of the face, and then add marks to the bottom curve for lashes. Add a curved line to the top for a brow, and a mark to the side of the face.

Add a small “m” shape to the side of the square shape…

And then ring a line down from the bottom of the jaw, across to the left, and then add a bump as you bring it down.

Add two lines to the right, creating an “arrow” shape for the arm.

Bring the curve of the back down toward the bottom of the page…

And then add a hand to the end of the arm.

Add a curved line to the left of this, and join the line on the left.

Bring a line across from the neck to the left, and then angle it up and across to the right, flicking the end up.

Add four small oval shapes to the top of this.

Bring a line down from the left, and take this across to the body for an arm.

Add a rectangle to the left hand, and add a diagonal line across this.
17.
Now, bring a curved line across the top of the chest, and take this up. Bring a line down to the right side for the tank top.

Add an arrow just above the hand…

And use a brown pen for the hair.

Use a pink pen to add color to the lips…
21.
And shade the bottom of the glass with a blue pen.

Shade the top of the glass with a light blue pen…

And color the top with a purple pencil.
24.
Finally, use an orange pen for the arms, body, and face of the girl.
And there we have it – a girl enjoying a soothing, refreshing drink of delicious water. What could be better on a hot, sunny day?
