Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start by using a black pen to draw a small, curved shape, like a “c” with a flat right side, in the center of your page.
2.

Draw a long, thin strip in the top of this, and then fill in the space around this with the black pen.
3.

Bring down two curved lines from the bottom of this, and extend these out on either side for a happy smile.
4.

Add a small “u” shape to the bottom for a tongue…
5.

And then add two small marks to the ends of the smile, and use a line to divide the tongue in two.
6.

Add a large, jagged line to the top of your page – this should run horizontally, and then curve down to the right.
7.

At the left end of this, curve the line down and back in…
8.

And then bring two more short, jagged lines down to the left.
9.

Then, extend the line out in a large arrow shape, and then continue this down to the bottom of the page, making the jagged segments a little larger as you go down.
10.

At the bottom of this line, add a large curve, and then bring a straight line across the bottom, and use another jagged line to connect top and bottom together. This will be a patch for your pooch’s eye.
11.

From the end of this line, add a short jagged line, and take this in towards the right to a point. Then, repeat this at the bottom.
12.

Add a large circle inside the patch of the eye…
13.

And then a small circle inside this larger one, and then add a smaller circle to the top of this.
14.

Bring another jagged line down on the right…
15.

And then bring this in and up at the bottom in a curved line.
16.

Now, add another jagged section just inside this, and end this with a curved section.
17.

Just below this, add another “C” shape, and then extend the top and bottom of this across to the right. At the end, connect the top and bottom with jagged lines.
18.

Add a circle above the bottom curve…
19.

And then a smaller circle inside, with a ring at the top.
20.

Now, bring a jagged line across from the right, curving up to the left to complete the bottom of the face.
21.

Add a curved line emanating from the bottom up towards the right eye.
22.

Bring a horizontal line across above the left eye.
23.

Bring a jagged, curved line down from the left, across to the right, and then back up.
24.

Add a triangle with jagged edges above this…
25.

And then bring another loop down below the first one, adding three small “bumps” to the bottom of this.
26.

Bring two jagged lines across around halfway up…
27.

And then draw a straight jagged line down from the right of the first loop.
28.

Add a “w” shape to the bottom of this, making sure that the lines are jagged.
29.

From the right of this, bring a straight jagged line up to the bottom of the face.
30.

Now, bring a jagged curved line across to the right and up to the bottom right of the face. Then bring three short horizontal lines across the width of the paw.
31.

Bring a jagged, angled line down on the right, heading towards the bottom right-hand corner of the page. Then, loop this across to the right, and add a short line to the center to create a paw.
32.

Continue this line to the left, and then bring the line up to meet the bottom of the belly.
33.

Add a few lines to the triangle at the back…
34.

And a few short, vertical marks to the right of this section.
35.

Now, add another curved jagged to the top of the head.
36.

Add a final jagged line to the belly.
37.

And then fill in the center of the eyes with a black pen.
38.

Go around the pupil with a bright, vibrant blue pen…
39.

And use a pink pen to fill in the tongue.
40.

Next, grab a light gray pencil and shade the chest, back legs, and right ear of your pooch.
And there we have it – your very own super cute Havanese dog to enjoy and appreciate – and all he needs is a name!
