Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start by taking a black pen and drawing a large “U” shape at the bottom of your page.
2.

At the top of this, add two pointed triangle shapes for ears, and connect these with a curved line in the middle.
3.

Add two smaller triangles inside each of the ears…
4.

And then add two dots to the center of the face.
5.

Add a small triangle for a nose just below the eyes…
6.

And then use a black fineliner pen to draw three horizontal lines on either side – the top line should be longest, followed by the middle, followed by the bottom.
7.

Grab the black pen, and bring a line across from the bottom of the face, heading towards the right. Curve this up, and then bring the line up at an angle towards the top left-hand corner of the page. Then, bring another line up from the center of the head, and curve this up and across to the right, before waving back downwards.
8.

Extend the top line out slightly, and then curve it around and across to meet the line at the bottom.
9.

Add two curved lines to the left, and connect these with a curve…
10.

Before using the pink pencil to fill in the inside of the ears.
11.

Grab a brown pencil, and add a jagged section to the center of the top of the head. Fill this in with the brown.
12.

Return to the pink pencil, and add pink ends to each of the paws…
13.

Before using the brown pencil to add a jagged, zigzag shape along the bottom of the legs.
14.

Add another zigzag section across the bottom…
15.

And then draw another large zigzag along the top of the back.
16.

Use the brown to add shading and fill in the zigzag along the back.
17.

Now, grab a gray pencil, and shade in the top half of the face, including the ears. Leave a “bump” in the center and the bottom half of the face white.
18.

Fill in the body and paws with the gray…
19.

And then use a tissue to smooth the lines, leaving you with a smooth, clean surface.
And there we have it – a stunning puss doing what they do best: sleeping and relaxing. Sounds like a pretty perfect life…
