Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Use a black pen to create an angled “C” shape, using wavy lines, on the left of your page.
2.

Bring a series of curved lines up at the end of the “C”, closing in a point, to create the outline of the meteor. Then, add wavy lines to the center and top.
3.

Add another, shorter “C” shape to the bottom of this, with a “flick” at the top and bottom.
4.

Bring jagged lines up to reach a point at the top for the outline of a second meteor.
5.

Follow this with a third meteor shape to the right…
6.

And then a fourth just below this, to the right.
7.

Use a dark brown pen to add a small “flame” shape to the bottom of the first meteor, and add a wavy shape above this.
8.

Repeat this shape in the other meteors…
9.

And then use a light brown pen to add marks to the curved section on each.
10.

Shade the space around the marks with the dark brown pen.
11.

Use an orange pen to add a large flame shape up the main body of each meteor.
12.

Shade the rest of the main body with a yellow pen.
13.

Add texture to the meteor on the left with a darker yellow pen.
14.

Shade the whole background with a black pencil to complete your meteor shower drawing.
And there we have it – a stunning meteor shower brought to life before your very eyes. Why not take some time to learn more about the power of meteors – these are incredible phenomena!
