Mice have something of a bad reputation, but in truth, these are super cute and smart creatures – why not see for yourself by drawing your very own?

Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Use a black pen to add a diagonal line to the left of your page, and add small points to the right of this.
2.

Add a backward “C” shape to the bottom of this…
3.

And then another shape at the top of this.
4.

Add a smaller shape inside the first one.
5.

Add an almond shape to the left of these, and fill this in almost completely, with a small dot on the left. This will be the eye of your mouse.
6.

Bring a line across to the right from behind the ear, and take this down, then across in a loop, and back to the left, before heading downwards.
7.

From the end of this line, bring a line across and back up, parallel with the one to the right, for the tail…
8.

And then bring a line to the left, down, and across before adding four small toes. Bring the line across and curve it up for the back foot, and then take it to the left.
9.

Add another foot to the front…
10.

And connect the line of this up to the bottom of the face.
11.

Add another foot to the back, just behind the first…
12.

And then add another foot behind the one at the front.
13.

Add a series of lines across the nose of the mouse to create whiskers…
14.

And then use a pink pen to add color to the ear and the nose.
15.

Use a black pen to add color to the inside of the back ear, the right legs on the front and back, a shape behind the neck, and a curved shape across the stomach of the mouse.
16.

Now, grab a brown pen, and shade most of the body of the mouse, leaving a curved stripe across the top, and in the center of the legs. Add the same shade to the face.
17.

Finally, fill in these gaps with a lighter gray pen, and use the same color for the tail.
And there we have it – a super cute mouse, just waiting to be named; can you oblige?
