Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Use a black pen to draw a curved, rectangle shape, slightly angled, in the center of your page.
2.

Now, bring a curved line up from the right of this, and take this across slightly to the right. Bring a line up from the left side, and curve this across to almost meet the other line.
3.

Add a small circle to the gap to complete the outline of your Christmas hat.
4.

Now, add a large “potato” shape to the bottom of this.
5.

Add two curved triangle shapes, one on either side just above the curve at the side.
6.

Add a thicker “m” shape to the top of the main shape, and then bring lines down from the bottom of this, mirroring those on the outside.
7.

Use the black pen to shade this outside section that you have created, and add color to the wings, leaving a small line of white at the top.
8.

Now, use the black pen to add curved feet to the bottom of the body…
9.

And then add two curves to the top of the body, inside the “m” shape, and add a longer curve just below each of these.
10.

Add a beak with a small half-circle shape, and then add a small shape to the bottom of this.
11.

Now, use a red pen to shade the Christmas hat at the top, leaving a small sliver of white to the left.
12.

Use an orange pen for the feet…
13.

And then use a pink pen to add two spots of color to the cheeks.
14.

Grab a gray pen, and shade a curve at the bottom of the tummy, the right of the brim of the hat, and the bottom of the small circle on the hat.
15.

Now, use the pink pen to shade the remainder of the hat.
And there we have it – you are totally ready to celebrate Christmas alongside your new penguin pal – pass that eggnog everyone!
