Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start with a pencil, and add a line to the right of your page. Curve this down at the ends, and take the right side across, and the left side down and then curved across and down at the end.
2.

Bring a “loop” across at the bottom on the front and back, and add a curved line to the left, and a curved square to the right.
3.

Now, add another line just underneath the top section of your car, and bring this down a little further on the right end.
4.

Bring the bottom lines in, adding two circles, and joining these in the center.
5.

Now, add a curved line halfway up the car…
6.

Add two curved windows to the sides of the car
7.

Use a yellow pen to shade the light on the right…
8.

And use a blue pen to go over the front outline of your car.
9.

Now, use a light blue pen for the tops of the wheels, as well as the top of the trunk.
10.

Shade the front and back of the car with the blue one, and go over the central outlines with this shade. Add small handles below each window.
11.

Use this blue to add “POLICE” to the side of the car.
12.

Add blue stripes to the windows…
13.

And then add a small line to the top of the car with the blue pen.
14.

Use a red pen to add a line to the back of this, and to the curve at the back of the car.
15.

Grab a black pen, and add rings to the wheels…
16.

And use a gray pen to add a circle to the center of each.
17.

Shade the remaining wheel space with a very dark gray pen.
18.

Use a light gray pen to add a shape below the car…
19.

And then add color to the rest of the windows with the light blue pen.
And there we have it – a police car hard at work – do you think we could turn on the sirens and flashing lights?
