Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
Use a black pen, and add a curved triangle to the right side of your page to create a nose. Bring curved lines down and across to the sides for the mouth.
Add two curves to the top of this for eyes…
And then bring two shapes down from the bottom of the mouth in a “fork”, adding jagged lines to the bottom of each shape.
Begin drawing the outline of the head.
Draw a tuft of hair.
Add two looped shapes to the sides of the face for ears…
And then add another layer to the outside of each ear, using a jagged, feathered line.
Bring a bumpy line down from the bottom of the face, and take this across, up, and then across for another “bump”.
Add a curved line to the line at the top, and then bring a bumpy line across to the left and up to meet the left ear.
Add a small, fluffy tail to the left side.
Bring two sets of vertical lines down from the bottom of the body, and add small oval shapes to the bottom for hooves.
Add two more legs to the back, and add hooves to the end of this.
Use a black fineliner pen to add two small ovals to the face for the eyes…
And use a light brown pen to shade the legs, face, and ears.
Use a green pen to add color to the grass.
Now, use a pink pen to shade the eyes and nose.
Use a brown pen for the hooves…
And then use a gray pen to add color to the bottom of the body, the ears, and the head.
Use a black pen to add more weight to the eyebrows.
And voila – your very own adorable sheep, enjoying some tasty, crunch grass – all that he needs is a name!
