Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start with a pencil and a drawing compass, and draw a large circle in the center of your page.
2.

Take a ruler, and use the pencil to draw a vertical line at the top and bottom of the circle.
3.

Now, add a curved line to the end of the line at the bottom, and connect this to the bottom of the circle with curved lines.
4.

Add a series of vertical lines all down this new shape you have created.
5.

Next, use the ruler to bring two angled lines down on either side of the line at the top…
6.

And add a series of diagonal lines all down the length of this.
7.

Connect these diagonal lines with curves at either end, forming the horn of the unicorn.
8.

Now, add two pointed ears, one on either side of the bottom of the horn, and then add smaller triangles inside each of these.
9.

Draw two curved lines in the center of the face, and add short lines below for lashes…
10.

And then add a curved half circle to either side for blushing cheeks.
11.

Now, draw a small spiral shape just below the right ear.
12.

Add a second shape to the left of this…
13.

And then add a series of wavy “frills” all around the outside of this.
14.

Add another of these small rose shapes to the left, below the left ear.
15.

Next, add a series of small leaves all around the flowers you have just drawn…
16.

And follow this with small circles all around the ears and horn.
17.

Now, bring two short curved lines down on either side of the round face.
18.

Go over all of the details you have drawn with a black pen…
19.

And then use an eraser to remove all of the pencil marks.
20.

Grab a yellow pen, and use this to shade the horn and the inside of the ears.
21.

Grab a light pink pen, and shade the bottom section, the cheeks, the central rose shape, and the small circles around the ears.
22.

Now, use a purple pen for the remaining roses…
23.

And a bright blue for the leaves and some of the small circles.
Now: isn’t that just the sweetest treat you have ever seen? The real question is whether it tastes as good as it looks…
