Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start with a black pen, and add a spiral to the center of your page, bringing the tail across to the right.
2.

Add an “n” shape to the left of this, and then another to the end.
3.

Now, add a tall, pointed horn to the right of the spiral, and connect this with a curved line.
4.

Add two curved lines to this to create your unicorn horn…
5.

And then bring curved lines down from the “n” shapes, joining them at the bottom with a curve to create the face of your unicorn.
6.

Add two curves to the center of this…
7.

And then small marks to the top of this for lashes.
8.

Add a “teardrop” shape to the bottom, extending the tail to the right, and then add two marks to the top.
9.

Add curved lines all around the horn for the forelock.
10.

Bring two lines down from the bottom of the face, and join these with a “bump” at the bottom left.
11.

Add a curved, pointed tail to the right side…
12.

And add curved lines down the length of this.
13.

Bring a curved line down from the bottom of the ear, and take this across, down and across to the left. Add a spiral shape inside this.
14.

Add curved lines inside this to create the mane…
15.

Add another bump ahead of the one at the bottom for the legs, and then add another loop to the body for a front leg.
16.

Draw a curved loop on the left of the face for the second front leg…
17.

And then add a loop to the top of this, and the bottom half of a square above this.
18.

And add a tall “U” shape to the end of this, with a curved shape at the top for the ice cream. Add a wavy line across the top of this.
19.

Use a yellow pen to shade the bottom of the ice cream, and add the same shade to the central stripe of the tail and mane, the top section of the horn, and the top of the forelock.
20.

Use a pink pen for the rest of the ice cream, the top of the mane and tail, the second layer of the horn, and the edge of the head. Then, use the same shade to add hooves to the ends of the legs, the inside of the ears, and to add heart shapes to the back legs and the top of the unicorn. Finally, add a pink oval to the bottom of this, and spots of color to the cheeks.
21.

Draw the eyebrows with the black pen.
22.

And then use a blue pen for the rest of the mane and tail, the bottom of the ice cream, and the stars on the left side.
23.

Use a yellow pen to add dots around the unicorn.
24.

Use a dark purple pen for the bottom of the horn.
And there we have it – a very contented unicorn enjoying a delicious, refreshing ice cream; what could be better than that?
