What could be cuter than a unicorn – apart from a unicorn rainbow cake? If your mouth is not watering too much, let’s take a closer look at the steps we need to take to bring this to life!
Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
Start by using a black pen to draw a curved “teardrop” shape, with the point heading towards the right, in the center of your page.
Add a large “C” shape to the left of this.
Then, add another, smaller “C” shape to the left again.
Add a point to the top, and then bring curved lines across to create the unicorn horn.
Add a pointed ear to the right, with a small triangle inside…
And then add another ear to the left side.
Now, connect the ears with a large curved shape, forming the outline of the face.
Add another shape inside this outer one…
And then add a curved, pointed tail to the bottom right, with smaller curved lines inside this.
Add two rings to the center of the shape.
Now, add a series of long, thin shapes all around the bottom of the ring.
Add two circles to the top, with a wavy “w” shape in the center…
And then add a flick to the outside of each small circle to create eyes. Shade the eyes almost completely, leaving just a small white dot.
Use a red pen to add touches of color to the cheeks…
Use an orange pen for a few of the sprinkles.
Use a pink pen for the main section of the ring, and the central section of the tail, as well as the inside of the ears and the center of the forelock.
Use an orange pen for the outer section of the ring.
Use a blue pen for the right section of the forelock and the top of the tail, as well as some of the sprinkles.
Now, use a yellow pen to complete the tail, the forelock, and the horn.
Now, use a gray pencil to add an oval to the bottom of the shape and fill this in.
Now, we don’t know about you, but our stomachs are starting to growl… anyone for cake?
