Cats tend to dominate the scene and the space no matter what they are doing – and this is the case even if they are just wandering along! Want us to prove it? Then let’s take a closer look!

Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start with a black pen, and draw a curved line, an angled ear, and then a curved line heading down and to the left for the outline of the face.
2.

Add a second ear to the end of the curve…
3.

And then add another curved line to connect the sides together and outline the face.
4.

Add two square shapes inside the ears for detail.
5.

Now, add two small almond shapes inside the top of the face, and thicken the line a little at the top.
6.

Now, add two “comma” shapes inside the eyes.
7.

Add arches above the eyes for brows…
8.

And then add a wide oval shape below this for a nose and curved lines below this for a mouth. Add a short curve to the bottom of this for the bottom of the mouth.
9.

Bring a curved line across to the right, and then add a shape, almost like a wonky “3”, to the right of this.
10.

Add three toes to the bottom of the “3” shape, and then bring a line up and across to the top left-hand corner of the page.
11.

Now, bring a curved line down from the bottom of the face, and add another leg to the front.
12.

Connect the front and back legs with a wavy line.
13.

Now, add another leg and foot just in front of the back one.
14.

Add a fourth leg to the animal, just in front of the front one…
15.

And then use two curved lines for a wavy tail at the back.
16.

Add several groups of two marks around the front of the face and the back of the tail.
17.

Add whiskers to the face…
18.

And then use a brown pen to add a series of stripes all along the back, the tail, and the face.
19.

Use an orange pen to shade the body of the cat, leaving the paws, tummy, chest, and face white.
20.

Add color to the inside of the ears with the red pen…
21.

Use a lighter orange to add color to the paws and the bottom of the tummy.
Now, the real question is why your cat is sneaking around, looking for trouble – or maybe you don’t want to know!
