Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start by taking a black pen, and drawing a curved “zigzag” shape at the top of your page.
2.

To the right of this, add a spiky, “rounded” shape with zigzag edges.
3.

Just inside this, add a small circle…
4.

And then a short, curved line heading downwards just below this.
5.

Repeat this shape on the left-hand side…
6.

Adding another small circle inside the shape…
7.

And then bring a zigzag line down and across slightly.
8.

Now, return to the line on the right, and add a curved line with a bump at the bottom.
9.

Add another small circle inside this…
10.

And a series of small bumps below this.
11.

Do you see the head and nose of your zombie bear? Add two curved lines to the left of the nose, both flicking down at the end, and then connect these with a zigzag line to create a paw.
12.

Add another paw to the right of the nose, and then bring a line across and down, heading towards the bottom of the page with a jagged line.
13.

At the end of this line, bring a line across at a 45-degree angle, then down at another 45-degree angle, and finally back up towards the top left-hand corner of the page.
14.

Add a short curved line, then repeat the shape to create another back leg. Bring the left line up to meet the one above it and complete the outline, and then add a small jagged tail to the left.
15.

Now, add a curved line down the middle of the bear’s tummy, with short horizontal marks across the middle.
16.

Add two semicircle shapes to the top of the face, just above the nose.
17.

Now, add a series of pairs of marks all over the body, giving your zombie bear some thick fur.
18.

Use a light green pen for the rest of the body…
19.

And fill in the nose with a yellow pen.
20.

Add a green shade to the nose in the center to complete your look.
Whether you think he is cute or spooky, one thing is clear: this is a bear in need of adventure – and it is up to you to provide it!
