Step-By-Step Images and Instructions
1.

Start with a black pen, and draw two triangles side by side at the top of your page to give your kitty some ears. Then, bring a curved line across to the left, and add a large bump to the bottom for the outline of the face.
2.

Now, add two “bumps” to the bottom of the ears at the back of the head…
3.

And then add a third bump to the bottom of this for the body.
4.

Bring up two curved, parallel lines in an “S” shape at the back for a tail.
5.

Then, add a curved bump just below the front of the face for the chest, and bring a line down from the bottom of this.
6.

Add a bump for the front paw, and then another small bump behind this.
7.

Add two small, curved marks for toes…
8.

And then a small circle on the nose. Below this, add a curved line for a happy kitty smile.
9.

Next, add a diamond shape to the right of the nose for an eye…
10.

And then add a bumpy line to the inside of the ear.
11.

Now, use an orange pen to add a series of curved stripes along the tail and back of your kitty, then add orange patches to the chest, head, and face.
12.

Use the orange pen to fill in the space around the stripes…
13.

And then fill in the stripes and the ears with a red pen.
14.

Use a lighter orange pen for the face and chest.
15.

Then, use a red pen for the nose…
16.

And paint whiskers using white watercolor and a paintbrush.
And there we have it – an adorable, friendly, and super smart orange tabby. Now, all he needs is a name!
